Thank you for choosing Elite Duel Academy! The site's Administrative team, Moderators, Testers, and Dorm Master's are here to answer/solve any, and all of your questions/problems. Please keep in mind that our sites leaders are very busy, and you should treat them kindly. Unlike most we are very negotiable, and eager to help you succeed. To begin in our school you will take a placement test, so practice hard and come prepared! Get ready to have fun, build rivalries, and dominate the competition at Elite Duel Academy

[u]1. ABOUT US
We offer Many things here at Elite Duel Academy such as:
1. Teams: You can create a team of 3 members from your same dorm, Teams will be able to battle other teams in team tournaments, the team who wins these tournaments will have the chance to battle The Dorm Master, in a one on one battle, if 2/3 of your teammates win, you will all 3 be promoted to the next dorm.
2. ACADEMY VS ACADEMY: The main reason we created the academy is to compete against the other academy's, not only will we be more helpful, but we will also be more fun! We plan to host tournaments involving our best vs their best! SO PRACTICE HARD, and you may be crowned the new King Of Games. This is going to be very competitive with the school rivalries!
3. Tournaments: We will be hosting IN DORM tournaments! where you can see where you rank each week in you dorm! At the end of the month the Top Winners Will have a 4 man battle to be crowned DUELIST OF THE MONTH! While holding the Duelist Of The Month title you will be given the opportunity for a dorm change, though it will not be easy! We will also be hosting Cross dorm tournaments! for fun to see where you stack up against your upper classmen!
4. Deck Building: This is a place where you can post anything you want involving yugioh decks: Deck Profiles, Deck Recipes, Trade Offers, And More! This will be a section ran by the students!
2. RULES & GUIDELINES
*Our rules are simple and short.
1. RESPECT everyone, and be helpfull as much as possible to your classmates. Any reports of disrespect will result in warnings. You will recieve 4 warnings
Warning 1: Warning
Warning 2: 1 day site ban
Warning 3: Dorm Demotion
Warning 4: BANNED FOREVER
2. HAVE FUN and engage in all activities this site has to offer to get the most out of us!
3. NO SPAMMING! No body likes spammers, do it on your own time, somewhere else!
4. NO WHINERS! Come to any Site Leader and we will help you, but DO NOT bug us, or whine after we have made our decisions.
5. NO SECOND ACCOUNTS If you get banned, we will track your IP and block from this site! so dont think about it.
YOUR DORM'S:
There are three dorms you can test into!
1. BLUE (Novice Duelists) Your mascot is the tenacious Blue-Eyes White Dragon
*score of 50 and below will land you in the Blue Dorm.
2. RED (Advanced Duelists) Your mascot is the extravagant Red Eyes Darkness Dragon
*score of 51-80 will earn you a spot in the RED Dorm.
3. BLACK (ELITE Duelists) Your Mascot its the all mighty Dark Rainbow Dragon
*score of 81-100 will deem you an ELITE duelist of the BLACK Dorm.
How we test, and Our Grading scale is very simple and easy to follow:
BEFORE TESTING READ * below:
*You have 3 duels, with 1 tester.
*You MUST have 3 decks to test.
*Every testers will all use the same 3 decks.
*Each duel you will both switch to one of your other decks.
The Grading Scale-
1 win = 20 points
2 wins = 40 points
3 wins = 60 points
*so just by winning 3 duels alone you will earn a spot in the RED dorm
now to earn those extra points! to help you score higher you will have to spot the misplays the testers make
they will make 3 misplays each duel for every misplay you spot on time, you will earn 5 points.
1 misplay = 5 points
2 misplays = 10 points
3 misplays = 15 points
EXAMPLE:
1 win + 1 misplay = 25 points
1 win + 2 misplays = 30 points
1 win + 3 misplays = 45 points
2 wins + 1 misplay = 45 points
2 wins + 2 misplays = 50 points
2 wins + 3 misplays = 55 points
3 wins + 1 misplay = 65 points
3 wins + 2 misplays = 70 points
3 wins + 3 misplays = 75 points
The FINAL way to earn points is by TIME
if your complete 3 duels in under 15 minutes you earned 30 points!
if you complete 3 duels in under 20 minutes you earned 15 points!
if you complete 3 duels in under 25 minutes you earned 7 points!
AND JUST FOR TESTING YOU AUTOMATICALLY GET 5 points!
